Keep On Truckin’ - American DIPA (Esker Collab)

Two blokes walk into a TAFE brewing course and peers quickly become mates.
Three years later, needless to say, a collaboration was bound to happen.
Combining their love of both new and old school IPAs, the pair have settled on a huge, straight up American Double IPA.
Built to showcase the caramel and biscuit flavours of the malt, whilst the hop additions of Simcoe, Azacca and Amarillo give it a dank but bright, piney, citrusy aroma with a firm bitterness.
